Importantly also, was the choice of colour for all the interior walls (bearing in mind the house was North facing) and also the exterior. Both colours she chose worked very well and maximised the light available.
Researching local Letting Agents and their Ts and Cs for me to consider my options.
I was impressed with her diligence and knowledge on what was needed to let the property.
